The staff was very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any issues or questions we had. the location was fantastic, close to all the main attractions and with easy access to the metro station. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, it was well-maintained and tidy.

The staff, though limited in English, was nice and helpful. The internet worked well and was free. Metro station was nearby for easy transportation. This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city, just opposite the Opera metro station. The convenience of being so close to the subway makes exploring Madrid a breeze. The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It is right in the center of everything, very close to the metro station and on a big square, which means it is not crowded and has plenty of space. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities like TV, fridge, and ironing facilities. The staff provided good service and rooms were serviced daily. There was also a nice little café opposite the hotel for breakfast.

The hotel is located just opposite the "Opera" metro station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It is also situated in the town center, within walking distance to St Miguel market. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
