The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Great location, easy to travel around. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Convenient amenities and facilities. Superb customer service. Accessible to public transportation. Lovely view from the balcony.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any issues or questions we had. The location was fantastic, close to all the main attractions and with easy access to the metro station. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, it was well-maintained and tidy.

The internet connection was very unreliable , which was frustrating as we were hoping to stay connected during our romantic escape. there was a problem with our credit card being charged twice, a hassle to resolve.

Perfect Location in the heart of the city center, just steps away from major attractions. The room was small but very clean and reasonably priced. The staff, though limited in English, was nice and helpful. The internet worked well and was free. Metro station was nearby for easy transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for budget travelers.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city, just opposite the Opera metro station. The convenience of being so close to the subway makes exploring Madrid a breeze. The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It is right in the center of everything, very close to the metro station and on a big square, which means it is not crowded and has plenty of space. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities like TV, fridge, and ironing facilities. The staff provided good service and rooms were serviced daily. There was also a nice little cafe opposite the hotel for breakfast.

That it could get a little noisy at night due to the lively city atmosphere.

The hotel is located just opposite the Opera metro station, making transportation convenient. It is also situated in the town center, within walking distance to St Miguel market. The cleanliness of the hotel is perfect, and the staff is helpful and friendly.
